Liz Kenny, Chair, Centennial Celebration Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of the volunteer Leadership Team for the 2014 Centennial Celebrations.
The Leadership Team was selected based on their individual expertise in their respective fields and their strong commitment to our community. The Leadership Team Members will be responsible for the following subcommittees:
History Committee, Alison Mahon
Media and Communication, Steve Lane
Public Relations, Rob Dawson
Finance, Bill Hazlitt
Special Events, Becky Wellington-Horner and Michelle Smith
Fundraising, Alex and Perry Jongsma
Legacy Project, Ken and Pat Maaten
The subcommittee leaders have established their committee members based on a wide cross section of the community and from people who have applied over the past several months. More volunteers will be needed as we move forward with our plans for the 2014 centennial year.
