Lost Articles

Articles left on any of our buses can be retrieved by calling the office at 519 336 3271 during office hours – Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

If the article is still on the bus we will contact the driver by radio and confirm it is there and then arrange for you to pick it up.

Articles are kept at the Sarnia Transit office for 60 days ONLY; therefore, please call to claim articles as soon as possible. Lost bus passes should be reported as soon as possible and we will make every effort to track them down.
