Traffic Signals and Signage

 

The City of Sarnia maintains all traffic signals within its boundaries including County roads.  Bluewater Power and private contractors provide maintenance assistance. There are 87 signals in the City. Some signals are equipped with devices (Opticom System) which allows fire trucks to activate green lights in an emergency.

Any outages or malfunctions should be reported to the City Engineering Department at 519 332 0330, or TTY: 519 332 2664  during business hours or to the City Police at 519 344 8861.
