Repairs to Concrete Curbs/Gutters/Sidewalks
The City of Sarnia repairs numerous sidewalks and curbs and gutters during each construction season. The City sidewalks are repaired in areas where there are trip hazards.
Sidewalks and curb and gutter are either broken out and reconstructed or are slab jacked using a non destructive method of injecting a grout under a slab to raise it and remove any tripping hazard.

New Construction - Residents requesting a sidewalk should address a letter to the City Engineer.
Residents needing a driveway approach reconstructed may need their curb and gutter modified, extended or removed. For curb cut or curb fill pricing, please click here.
Please call the City Engineer's office and an inspector will visit the site and provide an estimate for the work.
