Ice Rescue
Sarnia is located where the headwaters of the St. Clair River meet the southern tip of Lake Huron. Miles of shoreline are populated year round with swimmers, boaters, windsurfers and ice racing.
Fire Fighters train for shore-based water rescue in inland ponds, the St. Clair River and Lake Huron. Our equipment, procedures and training are for land-based water rescue operations.
