Corporate Strategic Plan

I am pleased to present the City’s Corporate Strategic Plan through to 2010.

The Strategic Plan will guide the Community and Council in building the “New Sarnia” that will be economically and environmentally sustainable. The Three Strategic Priorities of the plan will position the City of Sarnia for tomorrow while building on the contributions of past Councils.

Council will continue to be committed to fiscal fitness and effective and efficient public services. The goal is to provide economic prosperity, social justice, and an enhanced quality of life for all Sarnia residents.
