The goods and services purchased are divided into commodity classifications. If you are marketing goods and/or services which you think the City could use, you may submit a request to include you on our Bidders’’ List, simply by sending a letter by mail, e-mail or fax, indicating your company name, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers and the products and/or services you sell, to:

Vendors and contractors must be registered in the City’s Official Bidders’ List to receive invitations to bid, addenda and notices as required. Bid submissions without the appropriate addenda (if applicable), will be declared invalid.
The City of Sarnia reserves the right to refuse or remove vendors from the Bidders’ List, and to send invitations only to pre-qualified bidders for special projects.
