Councillor MacDougall began her political service to the people of Sarnia-Lambton in 2003 when she was first elected to Sarnia and Lambton County Councils. Bev is Chair of the Gallery Lambton Advisory Committee, Chair of the Lambton County Tree Legacy Program Committee working towards a county wide reforestation initiative and an enthusiastic supporter of the Municipal Cultural Plan for the County of Lambton to grow the creative economy of our region, as we celebrate all that defines us culurally in Sarnia/Lambton.
In addition to her political service Bev is a passionate community developer – actively at work in the not for profit sector as Executive Director of the Lochiel Kiwanis Community Centre for the past 12 years - that carries 3 heritage designations in the heart of downtown Sarnia and her central Sarnia neighbourhood.
