Business Parks
The City of Sarnia currently has one 85 acre Business Park and a 214 acre Research and Business Park and a 214 acre Research and Business Park. (see Sarnia Profile Brochure). Detailed information and maps of these facilities follows.
Sarnia 402 Business Park
The City of Sarnia welcomed the Carpenters Local 1256 as the first occupant in the Sarnia 402 Business Park in 2006. The 10,000 sq. ft. building will function as the administrative offices and training facility for the Local.
This is a premier site of approximately 85 acres of land located on the south side of Highway 402 between Telfer Sideroad and Airport Road (see Map - Sarnia 402 Business Park) (see Sarnia 402 Business Park Brochure). This facility, a prestige municipal business park, is situated about 5 minutes east of the Bluewater Bridge and the Canada-U.S. border. The site offers development frontage on Highway 402 together with excellent access to Highway 402 from the Airport Road interchange.
Highway 402 and the Blue Water Bridge complex are a prime NAFTA trade gateway, providing immediate access to Ontario, Central Canada, Michigan, and other American markets (see Location-Sarnia 402 Business Park).

Sarnia Research & Business Park
This 214 acre prestige site resulted from a joint effort between the City of Sarnia, County of Lambton and the University of Western Ontario.
Originally a 294 acre parcel, the facility is now comprised of the City’s 214 acres and 80 acres owned by the Sarnia-Lambton Community Development Corporation managed by the University of Western Ontario Research & Development Park as their Sarnia-Lambton campus.
