City Council approved to support local businesses through the pandemic. Businesses licensed in 2021 will have 2022 Business Licence renewal fees and fire inspection fees waived.

Simply complete the form above to renew your licence online for 2022, and submit any additional requirements needed.

3. Written Permission on Private/City Property
Payday Loans
1. Clear Criminal Record Check
Adult Entertainment
1. Proof of Legal Name
2. Proof of Current Property Taxes in Good Standing
3. Operator Information
4. Signed Oath paperwork with City Clerk

Alternatively, you can mail in the renewal application if preferred to City Hall, 255 Christina St N, Sarnia ON N7T 7N2 or renew in person at the Customer Service department on the first floor.

Once all licence information is received and processed, your licence will be mailed out to you.

Please note that Sarnia Council waived the fees and 12-month previous inspection requirement for Business License Renewal Applications in 2022, with inspections to be conducted on a discretionary basis only.
