We are pleased to announce that Amy Burkhart has accepted the position of City Clerk, effective immediately.
Amy has been performing in the acting role since October 2020 and her twelve years of experience working for the municipality has provided the foundation and opportunity for this natural progression in her career.
Amy is a graduate of Lambton College and the University of Windsor, holding a Business Administration Diploma and Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
“Amy has built positive, respectful working relationships with Mayor Mike Bradley and Sarnia City Council. She is a welcome contributing member of our Senior Management Team,” says Chris Carter, Chief Administrative Officer.
Born and raised in Sarnia, Amy looks forward to continuing her commitment to serve the people of her hometown Sarnia, City Council, and administration in her new role as City Clerk.
