We are pleased to announce that Holly Reynolds has accepted the position of City Treasurer, effective immediately. Holly has been performing in the acting role since July 6, 2020 and successfully lead her team and the City through the 2021 budget approval process. She will also be implementing new Payroll and Finance systems in the new year that will eliminate duplication, streamline processes and provide staff and managers with the tools to more effectively perform their roles.

Holly is a CPA, CA, and has spent the past two years leading the Accounting team responsible for the City’s payroll, accounting and budgeting functions. Prior to joining the City, Holly spent the majority of her career in financial reporting, accounting policy and internal controls for large public companies.  She is excited to continue with the initiatives that are underway and to continue working with the Finance team within the Corporate Services Division.

I truly look forward to continuing working with Holly in our ongoing efforts and dedication to achieve ongoing efficiencies, continuous improvement, and quality service for the Corporation and the citizens of Sarnia.
