A third COVID-19 Community News Conference and Information Session is planned for May 12, 2020 at 10:30am. The City of Sarnia is hosting the event together with the County of Lambton, Lambton Public Health, and Bluewater Health.

As the province is preparing to gradually re-open business, this news conference will focus on our local economy and tourism for Sarnia-Lambton.  Titled ‘Sarnia-Lambton Recovery Road Map’, local economic business partners and community leaders will provide details on what to expect on the road ahead. Medical experts will also provide local updates on COVID-19 in the Sarnia-Lambton community.

The event will be moderated by Julia Oosterman, Chief of Communications and Public Affairs for Bluewater Health, and will include an opportunity for local media representatives to ask questions of panelists.

This event will be live streamed on the City of Sarnia, Sarnia Police, and Sarnia Fire Facebook page, on the City of Sarnia Website: www.virtualsarnia.ca/, live streamed by Blackburn News on CHOK and presented on Cogeco Channel 6 – Your TV.
