The Sarnia Primary Control Group (SPCG) met via teleconference on June 2, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. regarding developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As the number of recovered COVID-19 infections in our area continues to climb, the City of Sarnia would like to thank the community for their ongoing diligence to protect the community.
Drive-through COVID-19 testing is available in Sarnia – Lambton at the COVID-19 Assessment Centre, located at the Twin Bridges Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic.
COVID-19 is still actively present within the community. It remains imperative that we follow the orders and
directives that remain in place from the Government of Ontario such as physical distancing, proper hand
hygiene, and not gathering in groups larger than 5 people.
The Ministry of Health recommends a face mask or covering to reduce the risk of transmission, when physical distancing may be a challenge or is not possible, such as traveling on public transit.
As of 9:00 a.m. on June 2 the SPCG can report that:
|Test Results Received (as per last available daily update)||6890|
