The Sarnia Primary Control Group (SPCG) met via teleconference on May 12, 2020, at 9:00 am regarding developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

With the assistance of the County of Lambton, Lambton Public Health, and Bluewater Health, the City of Sarnia hosted a COVID-19 Community News Conference, titled “Sarnia-Lambton Recovery Road Map” May 12 at 10:30 a.m. This News Conference focused on our local economy and tourism, with local economic business partners and community leaders providing details on what we can expect moving forward.  Medical experts also provided a local update on COVID-19.

  • If you think you may have COVID-19 symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms, please self-isolate and use the Ontario Self-Assessment Tool to determine if you need to seek further care.
