The following documents are available for local business owners looking for additional information and guidance for implementation:

Specified businesses and organizations are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements regarding requiring patrons to provide proof of identification and proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or entitlement to an exemption) as outlined in the Provincial Regulations.

Vaccine certificates may be presented digitally or in print format. Vaccine certificates can be accessed at lambtonpublichealth.ca or covid19.ontariohealth.ca. People with a red and white health card should call the Provincial Vaccine Line at 1-833-943-3900, and residents who do not have a heath card, or who were vaccinated outside of Ontario, should contact Public Health.
