Yard Waste collection in parts of the City has been delayed this week due to high volumes.
Outstanding collection will be picked up on Saturday November 14, 2020.
Residents are asked to ensure yard waste from this week remains out for collection.
Please note all items for collection must be set out by the curb before 7am on your collection day, no earlier than 6pm the evening before collection.
Marcotte Disposal will work this weekend to complete outstanding collection from Wednesday, Thursday and Friday yard waste collection. Marcotte apologizes for the delay and inconvenience to residents.
Yard waste includes leaves, grass, weeds, straw, hay and unpainted pumpkins, with no collection limit. Weekly November yard waste collection is scheduled until November 20, 2020. There are 2 additional yard waste pickups scheduled in December 2020.
November 23-27, 2020 will be brush collection. Brush includes tree branches up to 4” in diameter, twigs, hedges, shrubs, vines, bushes and corn stalks. Brush can be bundled with a compostable material (jute or twine) up to four feet in length, or set out in an open container marked on two sides with an ‘X’.
