Please fill out the below form to request a facility rental. Information on specific facilities can be found above. You will receive an email confirmation that your request has gone through.

  • Rental Request Details

    Please provide as much detail and accuracy as possible.
  • Please select the type of facility you're looking to rent.
  • What specific facility are you looking to book? Ex. Progressive Rink 1, Beach Pavilion, Clearwater Lower Hall.
  • What specific section of the facility are you looking to book? Ex. Beach Pavilion - Section 1, Area 1 Pavilion - Section 2, etc.
  • What dates are you looking to book? Ex. April 5, June 7-10, October 1 and 2.
  • What time frame do you want to book? Ex. 2-3pm, Between 12pm and 7pm, Any Available Time.
  • How many people are you expecting to have? Ex. 10 People, Approx. 15 People, 20-30 People. *Some facilities have a maximum capacity, available on the facility page.
  • What are you looking to do in the facility? Ex. Birthday, Shower, Pick-Up Game.
  • Ex. do you have an existing permit, do you have a credit on your account, request nets on ice, additional questions.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a rental. Staff will contact you. Rental bookings are not confirmed until you receive a written rental contract/permit.
