NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Sarnia proposes, at its meeting to be held at City Hall on September 9th, 2019, to declare surplus and to consider a By-Law to Sell a portion of Murphy Road being Parts 6 and 7 on Reference Plan 25R-5560 to the adjacent owners of 1097 Laurier Crescent, Sarnia.
The proposed By-Law showing the lands to be affected may be seen at the City Clerk’s Office, 2nd Floor, City Hall.
