Jackson Road and Bridgen Road will be closed to through traffic from Telfer Road to Michigan Line starting Aug. 8, 2022 to accommodate rehabilitation of the Jackson Road bridge over Perch Creek.

Local traffic will still be able to access the road, however travel across the bridge will not be possible during the rehabilitation. The City is rehabilitating the bridge to ensure continued safety and functionality.

Work will include:

  • Asphalt removal and replacement
  • Expansion joint replacement
  • Concrete repairs
  • Bridge deck waterproofing
  • Installation of new approach slabs
  • Installation of new guard rails

The project is scheduled to take place from Aug. 8, 2022 to Nov. 25, 2022.
