The public is advised to avoid non-essential travel to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This includes travel within Ontario and inter-provincial travel. There are currently no specific restrictions for interprovincial travel to and from Ontario, though the situation is evolving rapidly. Should individuals choose to travel, these recommendations should be followed:
• Stay home if you are sick. Do not travel at this time.
• Follow all public health measures ( https://lambtonpublichealth.ca/2019-novel-coronavirus/protect-yourself/ ) and regional restrictions. Note: different provinces may have different gathering restrictions.
• Individuals and families who arrive or return to Ontario during the Province-wide Shutdown period should self-isolate for 14 days upon arrival

This Government of Canada website compiles provincial travel restriction websites: https://travel.gc.ca/covid-19-provinces-territories . For the most up-to date information, you should visit the provincial website for the region you will travel to.
