A Closed Meeting of Sarnia City Council will be held on April 8, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. in Committee Room #2, Sarnia City Hall, with the option for members to participate by video/teleconference in a hybrid format.
Under sections 239 (2) (f) and (k) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to advice that is subject to solicitor/client privilege and a position or instruction to be applied to negotiations related to an existing licence agreement.
Under section 239 (2) (b) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to personal matters about identifiable individuals with respect to citizen appointments to Advisory Committees.
Under section 239 (2) (i) of the Municipal Act to receive commercial information supplied in confidence with respect to the Sarnia Chris Hadfield Airport.
Under sections 239 (2) (e) and (f) of the Municipal Act to receive information regarding litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality, and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege with respect to a Defamation Claim Notice.
