**Bus Passes for Refugees – Special Relief Pass – The City of Sarnia offers Sarnia Transit passes at no cost to visitors from Ukraine who have been displaced by the current war and identified refugees from any country who have recently relocated to Sarnia. The Special Relief passes require an application form filled out and the applicant must provide the “Canada Authorized Emergency Travel Number” (issued by federal government). *This pass is valid for 1 year from the date of application.
