You can now book all of your Care-A-Van trips online at booksarniacareavan.tripsparkhost.com! Please see the PDF guide below for instructions on how to use the Online Passenger Portal.

Sunday-Saturday, 5 a.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight).

Telephone booking requests
Telephone the Care-a-Van Dispatch Office at 519-336-3789 Have the following information ready:
- your name and registration number
- your pick up address
- your destination
- arrival time desired
- time of your return
- your return destination
If you are unable to reach the Care-a-Van Dispatcher, leave a voicemail message with your name, phone number, registration number and booking details and you will receive a return call as soon as possible.
