The mission of the Bright’s Grove Library Committee is to deliver a final detailed design package for the Bright’s Grove Library — including all required site works and building construction plans — required for City staff to tender the project in its entirety for construction. The committee is comprised of three members of the public at large, two County library staff, and two Sarnia City Council Members.
