Court of Revision Under the Drainage Act

The Court of Revision was established pursuant to Section 97 of the Drainage Act to hear appeals on assessments of costs for Municipal Drainage Works under the Act. More information is available in the Terms of Reference.

Composition

The Court of Revision is comprised of three or five members who are appointed for a two-year term.
