Photographs on City property

Question: Can pictures be taken in parks and other municipally owned properties for campaign use?

Answer: Taking a photograph on City property that will later be used to produce campaign material does not violate the Use of Municipal Resources for Election Purposes Policy.

Election signs on vehicles

Question: Are candidates allowed to put a magnetic sticker with an election sign design on their car?

Answer:  In accordance with the Use of Municipal Resources for Election Purposes Policy, Campaign Materials shall not be displayed on any City Property. Campaign materials include vehicle decals.
