Updating Your School Support

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation is legislatively required to collect school support information.

As a property owner in Ontario, you are required to support a school system, even if you do not have children or your children are not currently attending school. This information can be found on your Property Assessment Notice.

You can update your school support designation by using MPAC AboutMyProperty or MPAC’s online portal for tenants. After submitting your update, you’ll receive an email confirmation. The email confirmation can be shared with  the City for any necessary changes to the Voters’ List.

Learn more about school support by visiting MPAC .
