The Joint Compliance Audit Committee was established pursuant to Section 88.37 of the Municipal Elections Act. The committee hears applications for compliance audits of the election campaign finances of candidates and registered third-party advertisers. More information is available in the Terms of Reference.

The committee is comprised of three voting members and up to two alternate members.
