The City of Sarnia is looking to residents for their input as it relates to voter experiences in the 2022 Municipal Election.

Specifically, in line with Council direction, the City has launched an online survey at www.speakupsarnia.ca/2022Vote to engage residents on their experience with the voting process. The short survey is open to anyone who was eligible to vote in the 2022 Municipal Election. Questions relate to satisfaction with the voting experience, chosen voting method, and opportunities for improving the voting experience.

“The survey provides an opportunity to identify any barriers that existed, and to enhance voter satisfaction in future elections,” said City Clerk Amy Burkhart.

The survey will run from Wednesday, Nov. 9 to Wednesday, Nov. 23 at 4 p.m.

Residents may request a paper copy of the survey by contacting the City Clerk’s Office at 519-332-0330 or visiting the second floor of City Hall.
