November 20, 2024 — Sarnia Transit is looking to its riders for their input and feedback.

A Sarnia Transit Ridership Survey was launched today, and will remain open until December 20 at 4 p.m., engaging riders on their experiences and needs as it relates to the City’s public transportation service. The survey is part of regular efforts to engage directly with riders to learn more about their needs and ultimately inform recommendations for short- and medium-term service improvements.

“We’re always reviewing our ridership data and looking for ways we can better serve both new and existing passengers. As part of that effort, we want to hear from those who utilize transit, and those who may not, on what barriers they face, what’s working, and where we can shift resources to better serve their needs,” said Transit Manager Michelle Carter.

The survey is available online at www.speakupsarnia.ca/Transit2024. Paper copies will also be available on City buses.
