Registration for spring recreation programming opens March 17, with the full program lineup available for review on March 3, 2026.
“As the days grow brighter, the Strangway Centre is buzzing with energy, creativity, and connection,” said Activities Programmer Mike Neely, adding, “from fitness and wellness to arts, outdoor sports, and social programs, there is something for everyone to enjoy this spring.”
The spring 2026 lineup includes a host of returning favourites alongside new offerings. Highlights include:

- Drop-in Chat & Play — a mix of conversation and causal games with fellow community members
- Golf Lessons — develop golf skills in a relaxed, instructional setting – perfect for all levels
- Tao Yin Yoga — designed for the mindful seeker, it emphasizes ease rather than stiff stretching or long holds
