September 15, 2025 – After receiving a Zoning By-law complaint regarding 837-841 Exmouth Street, City By-Law Officers undertook an independent investigation and directed the owner and occupier to take steps to bring the property into compliance or face penalty.
The owners and occupiers have now provided evidence to the city demonstrating compliance and the matter has concluded.
