The City currently offers paid rinkboard advertising at Clearwater Arena.
Take advantage of exposure at this high-traffic community facility for your advertising campaigns. Over 5,000 hours of ice time are booked annually, alongside several weekly public skates during the fall/winter season.
Advertisements must align with the standards set out in our Sponsorships, Advertising, and Charitable Giving Policy.
Advertising at Pat Stapleton Arena and Progressive Autos Sales Arena are administered by the Sarnia Legionnaires and Sarnia Sting respectively.
Clearwater rinkboard pricing
Single rinkboards are priced at $600 + HST (2026 rate) for a 52-week term. Pricing is not prorated for shorter terms. Rinkboard advertisements can be a maximum of 8 feet by 3 feet. Double-wide rinkboard advertisements can be booked at twice the single rate.
Clearwater rinkboard bookings
To book a rinkboard, please have a copy of the proposed advertisement ready to be provided so we can review to ensure it meets advertising standards.
To initiate a booking, please complete our Clearwater Rinkboard advertisement intake form. You will be asked to upload a copy of the advertisement alongside provision of all relevant information for the drafting of an advertising agreement.

Once you have submitted the form, staff will review and contact you with next steps.
Rinkboard production and installation
Once an advertising agreement has been finalized, you can proceed with producing your ad and mailing or delivering it to us for installation.
Advertisements must be produced on peel and stick vinyl. Once delivered City staff will install your rinkboard advertisement.
