April 23, 2025 – The flag in front of City Hall is lowered to half-mast in honour of Pope Francis, who passed away on April 21, 2025, at the age of 88. In alignment with federal protocol, the flag will remain at half-mast until sunset on the day of his funeral, Saturday, April 26, 2025.
