March 20, 2025 – The flag in front of City Hall is lowered to half-mast in memory of the late Allan (Manny) Brown. Brown was hired by Sarnia Police in 1969 and retired in 2000 after 31 years of dedicated service. He returned as a part-time Court Security Officer from 2001 to 2007. Brown passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 82.
