November 3, 2023 – The flag in front of City Hall is lowered in memory of the late Lloyd Fennell. He began his employment with the City in May 1997 as Director of Human Resources and in January 2004 became Director of Corporate Services. In May 2009 he was appointed City Manager, retiring in September 2013. Fennell passed away on October 21, 2023, at age 75.
