September 6, 2024 – The flag in front of City Hall is lowered to half-mast in memory of the late Raymond Seguin. Raymond was employed with the City of Sarnia as a Parking Lot Attendant from 1972 to 2006. Raymond passed away on September 3, 2024 at the age of 83.
