September 29, 2023 – The Canadian Free Trade Agreement stipulates that government procuring entities making a procurement by participating with a buying group, when the procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the agreement, are to post their participation at least annually.
The Corporation of the City of Sarnia, by way of this notice, is stating its intention to participate in one or more procurements conducted by the following group organizations:
• Chatham-Kent Lambton Administrators Group (CKLAG)

Throughout the operations of the City of Sarnia a requirement for supply of goods or services with procurement completed by one of these organizations may be utilized to meet the operational needs of the City.
