NOTICE OF DECISION

The Corporation of the City of Sarnia

TAKE NOTICE that on February 12, 2025, the Council of the City of Sarnia approved Zoning By-Law Amendment Application No. 9-2025-85-2002 to permit the establishment of an Alkaline Hydrolysis Facility for the disposition of human remains at the McCormack Funeral Home located at 254-264 George Street, Sarnia, as an accessory use to the existing funeral home.

The proposed accessory use will be located within the existing building footprint and no alterations will be made to the exterior of the building or to the site.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, Registrar or any person with an interest therein may, within 15 days after publication of this notice, refer the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal for a hearing.
