May 24, 2024 — Notice is hereby given that Paddy Flaherty’s Irish Pub is making an Application to Sarnia City Council for an exemption from By-Law #144 of 1998.
The exemption from the requirements of City of Sarnia Noise By-Law #144 of 1998, as amended, would permit the amplification of live music on Friday and Saturday evenings until 11 p.m. from June 7, 2024 to August 31, 2024 at Paddy Flaherty’s Irish Pub.
City Council will consider the application for an exemption to the requirements of the Noise By-Law at a City Council meeting, to be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2024.
