Notice is hereby given that the Sarnia Yacht Club, 1220 Fort Street is making an Application to Sarnia City Council for an exemption from By-Law #144 of 1998, as amended.
The exemption from the requirements of the Noise By-Law would permit a temporary exemption to the Noise By-law for seasonal dredging from April 15 until May 15 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
City Council will consider the application for an exemption from the requirements of the Noise By-Law at a Meeting of Sarnia City Council, to be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2025.
