Under sections 239 (2) (e) and (f) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to a litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege with respect to the Appeal of the Official Plan Settlement Area Boundary Expansion.
