March 4, 2026 — A Regular Meeting of Sarnia City Council will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 1 p.m. in Council Chambers, Sarnia City Hall, with members participating by video/teleconference in a hybrid format.
This meeting will be livestreamed through a link available through the city’s website, www.virtualsarnia.ca, where an electronic copy of the corresponding agenda will also be made available.
A Closed Meeting of Sarnia City Council will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 12:15 p.m. in Committee Room 2, Sarnia City Hall, with members participating by video/teleconference in a hybrid format.
Under section 239 (2) (b) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to an appeal pursuant to the Taxi By-Law.
Under sections 239 (2) (e) and (f) of the Municipal Act, to receive advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege regarding a legal action commenced against the City.
Under sections 239 (2) (c) and (k) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to an expression of interest with respect to the acquisition of city owned land.
Under sections 239 (2) (b) and (d) of the Municipal Act, to receive information regarding the annual Chief Administrative Officer Review Process.
