A Regular Meeting of Sarnia City Council will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Sarnia City Hall, with members participating by video/teleconference in a hybrid format.
This meeting will be livestreamed through a link available through the city’s website, www.virtualsarnia.ca, where an electronic copy of the corresponding agenda will also be made available.
A Closed Meeting of Sarnia City Council will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in Committee Room 2, Sarnia City Hall, with members participating by video/teleconference in a hybrid format.
- Under section 239 (2) (k) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to negotiations related to a license agreement at a municipal facility.
- Under section 239 (2) (f) of the Municipal Act, to receive advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege with respect to Notice of Motion #2 on the Open Session Agenda.
- Under sections 239 (2) (c) and (k) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to negotiations related to an expression of interest to purchase City owned lands.
- Under sections 239 (e), (f) and (k) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to negotiations associated with legal proceedings before the Superior Court of Justice.
- Under section 239 (2) (k) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to negotiations related to a sponsorship agreement at a municipal facility.
- Under sections 239 (2) (f) and (k) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to negotiations related to the airport operating agreement.
