A Regular Meeting of Sarnia City Council will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Sarnia City Hall, with members participating by video/teleconference in a hybrid format.
This meeting will be livestreamed through a link available through the city’s website, www.virtualsarnia.ca, where an electronic copy of the corresponding agenda will also be made available.
A Closed Meeting of Sarnia City Council will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 12:15 p.m. in Committee Room 2, Sarnia City Hall, with members participating by video/teleconference in a hybrid format.
- Under sections 239 (2) (f) of the Municipal Act, to receive information that is subject to solicitor-client privilege with respect to a zoning compliance matter.
- Under sections 239 (2) (e) and (f) of the Municipal Act, for the purpose of receiving advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege regarding a legal action commenced against the City.
- Under sections 239 (2) (k) of the Municipality Act, consideration will be given to negotiations between the City of Sarnia and the County of Lambton with respect to a municipal facility.
- Under sections 239 (2) (e), (f), (k) of the Municipal Act, to receive advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege and negotiations regarding a matter before the Ontario Land Tribunal.
- Under sections 239 (k) of the Municipal Act, consideration will be given to negotiations regarding the lease of municipal property.
