Please be advised that a Public Hearing of the Sarnia City Council will be held on MONDAY, OCTOBER 16th, 2023, at 1:00 PM to consider a draft By-law for a future Community Infrastructure Housing Accelerator Order request.

The proposal, if approved by Order of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH), would expand the Settlement Area Boundary to include approximately 215 hectares (530 acres) of land located south of Lakeshore Road, between Brigden Road and Waterworks Road in Bright’s Grove for future mixed-use development.
