Please be advised that a Public Meeting of Sarnia City Council will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. pursuant to section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, as amended, to present and obtain public input on the municipality’s proposed development charges (D.C.) by-law and underlying Background Study. Following the Public Meeting, Council will consider the adoption of the Development Charges By-Law.
All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Meeting of Council, and any person who attends the meeting may make representations relating to the proposed D.C. By-Law and Background Study.
So that sufficient information is made available to the public, the Background Study was made available online at https://www.speakupsarnia.ca/development-charges on October 4, 2023. Copies of the proposed D.C. By-Law and the Background Study are also available through the Planning Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 519-332-0330.

You are invited to view this meeting online at https://www.sarnia.ca/council-meetings/. You can also participate by submitting comments and/or speaking during the public meeting. You may submit comments by email to email@example.com.
To ensure your comments are included in the City’s Council Agenda, comments must be received by Noon, January 2, 2024.
