The federal government’s Radiocommunication Act regulates telecommunication towers built by service providers. The federal government agency Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada makes all final decisions about the location and construction of a tower.

Proposal
Bell Mobility is proposing a new free-standing 22m slim-line telecommunication facility to be located at 1249 London Road in Sarnia, Ontario. The proposal responds to customer demands by expanding and improving the network.
