Payment is due within 30 days of the date of the parking infraction, afterwards the ticket is overdue and payable as noted below.

Within 15 days of the parking infraction you may notify By-law Enforcement of your intention to appear in court by completing the back of your parking ticket and delivering it to City Hall. |

The $4 processing fee can not be refunded as it is built into our fees and payment method under our agreement with the software provider.
Private parking inquiries
Inquiries regarding payment machines or parking tickets issued at private parking lots not owned by the City of Sarnia (where the City provides enforcement services) should be directed to the property owner or management of the specific lot (hospital, private businesses).
